Donnacha O'Donovan

The firm is delighted to announce the appointment of Donnacha O'Donovan as a partner. Donnacha qualified as a solicitor in 1994 having graduated from University College, Cork in 1989 and from the London School of Economics in 1990.

Donnacha is a Partner in the firm’s litigation department with a wide range of experience in litigation and arbitration.

He advises a number of large Irish and multinational companies and institutions on a wide range of commercial and contractual disputes including advising on matters taken into the Commercial Court and on matters under case management by the High Court with a view to early resolution.

He also has broad experience in the areas of corporate insolvency and recovery and has acted in a number of successful professional negligence actions. He advises a number of companies and organisations in relation to employment matters including representing those clients in litigation arising from complaints of bullying in the workplace.
