G.J. Moloney is a litigation and commercial law firm. For many years the firm has concentrated on work for large clients (which essentially meant institutional and corporate clients.) Our work for such clients has played to the firm’s strengths. This has resulted in either large volumes of work from clients or very specialised work or both. The firm has thus developed and continues to develop and invest in both its professional skills and the infrastructure necessary for such clients.
Much of our work comes from a range of litigation and corporate or institutional clients including Irish companies, banks, multi national companies particularly in the electronic, telecommunications and pharmaceutical sectors and also from insurance companies, local authorities and state bodies.
Law is not only a business cost it is also a business risk and managing that risk is a central part of our function.
