Following her BCL degree from UCC Mary Walsh qualiﬁed as a solicitor in 1991 and is currently serving as a Conveyancing Partner with the ﬁrm in the Property and Bank Security Department of G J Moloney.
Mary joined the ﬁrm in 1993 and has extensive expertise in the areas of commercial property law, Bank security work, Probate and Estate planning. Mary advises on all areas of property law extending to commercial, industrial and residential property and has represented both private clients and large corporate clients in property matters. Mary additionally acts for banking clients in the taking of new security, perfecting existing security and undertaking security reviews. She has also represented global Underwriters in the taking of security against the issue of Performance Bonds.
Mary has vast experience in the sale of distressed property acting and advising both Receivers and Banks. Mary heads up the ﬁrms Probate Department and in addition to advising in the area of Wills and Estate Planning and has over 25 years’ expertise in the administration of Estates.
