Jessica graduated from UCC with an Honours Law and French Degree in 2010 after spending a year in Lyon studying French Law. Jessica is a fluent French speaker. Jessica qualified as a Solicitor in April 2015.
She has experience in Employment Law matters including negotiations between Employer and Employee, redundancy packages, drafting employment law contracts as well as contentious matters which have gone before the Rights Commissioner and Employment Appeals Tribunal. Jessica also practices advocacy in Cork’s Circuit Court and has done so for the past four years. She also acts as an agent for numerous Dublin based firms in Repossessions and Insolvency matters on a weekly basis. Jessica obtains various types of licences for hotels, bars and sports clubs before the District Court. Jessica has been involved in a number of personal injury matters before the High Court and is currently involved in a complex co-habitation case.
Jessica is presently involved in various corporate litigation matters.
