Mark Foster is a Partner in the litigation department in G J Moloney. Mark joined the firm in 2006 and is an experienced litigator who specialises in Corporate and Commercial litigation.
He has extensive experience in dealing with high value cases before the High Court, Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal. He advises a wide variety of clients including private companies and clients as well as Irish and multinational financial institutions. Mark also deals with the settlement of cases which include the negotiations themselves and drafting settlement agreements. He is experienced in advising in the area of commercial and contract disputes and acts for both Plaintiffs and Defendants in relation to negligence claims involving professionals such as solicitors and investment advisors. Mark also acts in tortious issues such as defamation and has acted in one of the first cases in the state which involved a defamation action arising from online content.
