Lyndsey Harris joined G J Moloney in 2000. She has extensive experience advising Financial Institutions as part of a multi-disciplined team on the enforcement of securities following a review of facility letters/loan agreements and charge documentation.
She acts on behalf of Banks and Financial Institutions in taking all necessary legal action in all court jurisdictions for recovery of debt (secured and unsecured) from creditors in defended and undefended actions. In addition to this, Lyndsey has vast experience in taking all necessary legal action for enforcement of security including the repossession of assets both by way of appointment of Receivers and/or as Mortgagee in Possession.
